Andy Perfect

“I watched the magic unfold before my eyes.”

Mr Perfect (real name) purchased himself a very nice ex-rental motorhome.  He was very pleased with his purchase; however the motorhome itself had limited electrical sockets and lacked a couple of other things that would help him to enjoy his adventures to the fullest.

Mr Perfect got in touch with TJ to talk about what could be achieved.  After some consideration it was decided that TJ would install two extra 12 volt sockets, two extra mains electrical sockets, an external gas BBQ point, an external shower point and a combined digital TV/4G internet antenna with booster.

Now Mr Perfect can get out of bed and while his bacon and eggs are cooking on the BBQ, he can charge his phone, download a movie to watch later, watch the morning news on TV and wash the sand off his feet (and his dog) from his morning walk on the beach.

Mr Perfect said “TJ turned up and did all this while my motorhome was parked on my driveway.  I only had to keep him topped up with cups of coffee and I watched the magic unfold before my eyes.”

Mr Perfect was also pleased with TJ’s Lack of Crack guarantee. Please see here for details.

Ian Burton

“TJ actually turned up …”

Mr Burton and his wife Mrs Burton have been lifelong caravanners.  Mr Burton likes to keep Mrs Burton happy and there's nothing that makes Mrs Burton more unhappy than a flat leisure battery in their caravan. Perhaps the lack of an external electrical socket on their caravan creates slightly more tension. Because without it, Mrs Burton needs to feed a cable out of the window into the awning in order to get the TV set up for Coronation Street. Deep, deep unhappiness.

So, Mr Burton came to TJ to see if TJ could help.  TJ said “No worries” because all kiwis say that to every problem they have ever been presented with.

TJ took Mr Burton through some options and Mr Burton decided on a solar panel fixed permanently to the roof of his caravan, which now keeps the leisure battery charged while the caravan is being stored.  He also went with an external mains electrical socket so that Mrs Burton’s TV can be plugged directly into the outside wall of the caravan when the awning is up.

Mr Burton said “TJ actually turned up at our storage yard and installed the solar panel and socket for us with no fuss and no hassle.  It's really great being able to turn up to take the caravan away without having to worry about the battery beforehand. Plus, knowing when we get there, we can relax in the awning with access to power.”

It would appear that turning up is considered relatively good service by customers in the mobile service industry. Who knew?

Geoff Howard

“I didn’t need to drive my motorhome to a workshop.”

Mr Howard owns a lovely big motorhome which he keeps in a storage yard.  Mr Howard enjoys time away in his motorhome but what he doesn’t enjoy is turning up at the storage yard to find that, after some time sitting, that the motorhome starter battery is flat and the motorhome won’t start, as this delays his departure to the great outdoors.

Mr Howard got in touch with TJ to ask if he could help.  TJ said “Yip, sweet as.” (Google’s foreign language translator service converts this to “why certainly”).

TJ got Mr Howard set up with a solar panel that now keeps his starter battery topped up while his motorhome is in storage. It keeps his leisure battery topped up as well.  Mr Howard no longer has any sleepless nights wondering if he will have any trouble starting his motorhome when he turns up at the storage yard.

Mr Howard said “It's great being able to turn up at my motorhome now without worrying about whether it will start or not and also if we will have enough 12 volt power when we arrive on site.  What's even better is that TJ turned up at my storage yard to do all the work; I didn’t need to drive my motorhome to a workshop. I just had to drop the keys off to him and he took care of the rest.

Alan Roberts

“Much more pleasurable.”

Mr Roberts really likes his caravan and also likes that he has enough room on his driveway to park it.  What he doesn’t like so much is trying to maneuver his caravan around manually on the driveway in order to get it hooked up to his car so he can get away for a few days to relax.

Mr Roberts got in touch with TJ to see if TJ could help with something that would help him do more relaxing and less caravan pushing.  TJ had just the thing.

TJ turned up at Mr Roberts house and, right there on the drive, fitted a top of the range, German-built caravan motor mover with five year warranty.

Now, pre-relaxing, Mr Roberts can stand on his driveway, without a single bead of sweat on his forehead, remote control in hand and maneuver his caravan tow hitch right over the towball of his car with extreme precision.

Mr Roberts said “Motoring my caravan around the driveway with the power of a motor mover is a much more pleasurable start to my caravan outings than pushing the caravan around myself. TJ turned up and had the mover installed with no hassle and no need to take the caravan anywhere for fitting.”
